"Move More" Challenge
Day 1: Take a 20-minute walk or jog and share a photo or video of your route.
Parks with running and jogging tracks:
Day 2: Do 20 minutes of yoga and share a photo or video of your favorite pose.
Day 3: Complete a 30-minute bodyweight workout and share a photo or video of your favorite exercise. Or attend our fitness class in person @6:30pm.
Day 4: Take a 5-minute break every hour to stretch and move your body. Share a photo or video of your favorite stretch.
Day 5: Try a new workout class (come to our class this will count for this day) or activity and share a photo or video of your experience.
Day 6: Do a 15-minute HIIT workout and share a photo or video of your favorite move. Or attend our fitness class in person at @8:45am
Day 7: Rest day - take a break and share a photo or video of your favorite way to relax and recover.
"Healthy Habits" Challenge
Day 8: Drink at least 8 glasses of water and share a photo or video of your favorite way to stay hydrated.
Day 9: Plan and prepare a healthy meal and share a photo or video of your dish.
Day 10: Practice mindful eating by eating slowly and mindfully and share a photo or video of your favorite tip for mindful eating. Or attend our fitness class in person @6:30pm
Day 11: Do a digital detox and share a photo or video of your favorite way to unplug.
Day 12: Try a new healthy recipe and share a photo or video of your cooking process.
Day 13: Get enough sleep and share a photo or video of your bedtime routine. Or attend our fitness class in person @ 8:45am
Day 14: Rest day - take a break and share a photo or video of your favorite way to relax and recover.
"Challenge Yourself" Challenge
Day 15: Try a new physical challenge, such as a rock climbing or a new sport and share a photo or video of your experience.
Day 16: Go for a hike or a long walk and share a photo or video of your scenery.
Day 17: Do a 30-minute workout with a friend and share a photo or video of your workout buddy. Or attend our fitness class in person @ 8:45am
Day 18: Take a fitness class and share a photo or video of your experience.
Day 19: Do a bodyweight workout using only a chair and share a photo or video of your favorite exercise.
Day 20: Complete a 45-minute workout and share a photo or video of your favorite moment of the workout. Or attend our fitness class in person @ 8:45am
Day 21: Rest day - take a break and share a photo or video of your favorite way to relax and recover.
